Barbecued Brisket

  • 6 To 8 Pounds Beef Brisket
  • 1 Bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • Tin Foil


Directions

Prepare barbecue grill. When ready, place brisket over heat and cook for 20 minutes on each side.

Prepare tinfoil wrap by taking 3 24-inch sheets of tinfoil and placing them together at the long edges. Fold over the edges a few times to make one big sheet of tinfoil. Repeat so you have two large sheets.

Pour 1/2 of barbecue sauce in the middle of the tinfoil sheet. Place brisket over sauce and pour remaining sauce on top of meat. Fold the long edges of the sheet together and wrap a few times to seal. Fold in the short edges, forming a pouch around the meat. Wrap in second tinfoil sheet. Grill for an additional 2 hrs and 20 minutes.
