Heritage Cranberry Ice

- 4 Cups Fresh Cranberries
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice – Fresh Squeezed
- 2 To 4 Tablespoons Orange Juice Concentrate
- ~2 Tablespoons Grape Juice Concentrate
- 2 Cups Water – Cold
Directions
In a saucepan, cook cranberries, 2 C water and sugar until berries are soft, about 15-20 minutes. Strain mixture and process in a food processor. Strain again, adding remaining 2 C water. Add juices. Put it in the freezer until almost frozen. Whip mixture. Put it back in the freezer till almost frozen. Whip again. Freeze and serve.
Notes
It's really good as a drink with Sprite poured over it.
