Cheeseburger Casserole

Yeild: 4 Servings

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Package Velveeta Shells & Cheese
  • 1 Tomatoes – Chopped
  • 1/4 Green Onions – Sliced


Directions

Brown meat; drain. Add 1-1/4 cups water, milk and ketchup. Bring to a boil. Stir in shells and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer for 10 minutes or until shells are tender. Add cheese sauce, tomatoes and onions.
