  • 1 Avacado – Peeled And Pitted
  • 2 Tomatillos – Husks Removed
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Plum Tomatoes – Roasted And Peeled
  • 7 Chipotle Peppers – Seeds Removed
  • 1 Pound Shrimp


Directions

In a blender, blend the avocado, tomatillos, cilantro, 1 C water and 1/2 t salt until they form a smooth puree.

In a blender, blend the tomatoes, chipotles, 1 C water and 1/2 t salt until they form a smooth puree.

Season the shrimp with salt and on a grill or broiler, cook the shrimp until tender.

Serve shrimp with the two sauces.
