- 1 Avacado – Peeled And Pitted
- 2 Tomatillos – Husks Removed
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Plum Tomatoes – Roasted And Peeled
- 7 Chipotle Peppers – Seeds Removed
- 1 Pound Shrimp
Directions
In a blender, blend the avocado, tomatillos, cilantro, 1 C water and 1/2 t salt until they form a smooth puree.
In a blender, blend the tomatoes, chipotles, 1 C water and 1/2 t salt until they form a smooth puree.
Season the shrimp with salt and on a grill or broiler, cook the shrimp until tender.
Serve shrimp with the two sauces.
