Chipotle Burger
This is a recipe we got off the side of the Tabasco box... it's really yummy and not very spicy.

6-8 patties |
- 2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef
- 3 T Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
- 6-8 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 6-8 Hamburger Buns
- Red Onion – Slices
- Tomato – Slices
- Lettuce
Directions
Combine ground beef, 2 T chipotle Pepper Sauce (we thought it needed a little more, though...), and salt in a bowl. Mix well; shape into 6 patties. Combine mayo with remaining tablespoon chipotle sauce and mix well. Set aside. Grill burgers to desired doneness, and place cheese slices on burgers until it melts a little. Spread mayo on buns and top with burgers, onion, tomato and lettuce. Yum!
