Apple-Pear Crumble Pie

- 3/4 Cup Vanilla Wafers – Crushed
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Butter – Melted
- 1 9 Inch Pie Shells
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese – Softened
- 2 large Granny Smith Apples – Peeled And Sliced
- 1 Large Pear – Peeled And Sliced
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 1/4 Cups Whipped Topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix wafer crumbs, brown sugar and butter until well blended; set aside.
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of crust. Sprinkle with half of the crumb mixture.
Combine apples and pears in a bowl. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon - toss to coat. Spoon fruit over crumb layer in pie crust and sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes or until fruit is tender and crust is lightly browned. Cover loosely with foil after 25 minutes.
