Chocolate Frosting

- 10 ounces Milk Chocolate
- 1/8 Cup Milk
Directions
Over a double boiler, or in a microwave on half power, melt the chocolate. Add the milk and stir well.
As you stir, the chocolate will begin to seize up. Continue to stir and add additional milk as needed, a teaspoon at a time, until the chocolate comes together in a thick frosting. You can thin this with additional milk if desired.
