Best Bannana Bread

- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter
- 6 Medium Bananas – Ripe, Smashed
- 4 Eggs – Well-beaten
- 2 1/2 Cups Cake Flour – Sifted
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
Directions
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the bananas and eggs and blend. Sift together the flour, salt and soda 3 times. Carefully blend the flour mixture into the banana mixture. Do not over mix. Pour the batter into 2 greased 9x5x3-in. loaf pans. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 50-55 mins. Cool for 10 mins remove from pan and cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Recipe may be halved for 1 loaf.

this bread is so yummy! it comes out with a kindof crunchy crust and soft moist bread! its deliscious!
