Perfect Pizza Dough

- 1 Cup Water – Warm
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 2 1/2 to 3 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Instant Yeast
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine water, honey, olive oil and salt. Add 1 1/2 cups of flour and put the yeast on top of the flour. Mix to combine and allow to sit for about 15 minutes.
Gradually add another cup of flour, or more, as needed to form a dough. Knead by hand on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until smooth.
Allow the dough to rise till doubled, about 30 minutes. Roll out flat, top as desired and bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Notes
If using regular table salt instead of kosher salt, reduce amount to 1/2 tablespoon.
