Parmesan Bread

- 3 Cups Bread Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Yeast
- 1 1/3 Cups Water – Warm
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water, 2 T of oil, and 2 T parmesan cheese until it starts to form a ball of dough. Let rest for 20 minutes. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth (about 10 minutes).
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and swirl to coat dough with oil. Cover and let rise till doubled, about 45 minutes.
Lightly oil a baking sheet and press the dough out on sheet to about 1/2 inch thickness. Brush dough with 1 T oil and sprinkle remaining 2T oil over the top. Let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375°.
