- 3/4 Cup Butter – Melted
- 2 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar – Packed
- 2 Cups Self-rising Flour
- 4 Large Eggs – Slightly Beaten
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Pecans – Chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°. Butter a 9x13 pan.
Whisk together brown sugar and flour in a large bowl until well combined, then whisk in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until combined. Stir in pecans.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until edges are golden and puffed, about 35 minutes. Cool in pan on a rack for at least 10 minutes.
