Peach Crunch Pie

- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 5 Cups Peaches – Fresh, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Flour – Sifted
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter – Cold
- 1/2 Cup Pecans – Chopped
Directions
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, peach and lemon juice. Turn peach mixture into pastry shell (9 inch, unbaked). Dot with 2 Tbsp butter.
combine with pastery blender the flour, sugar, and butter. Stir in pecans.
Sprinkle this topping mixture over peaches. Cut foil circle to fi top of pie and bake at 400 degrees for 25 mintures. Remove foil and bade 15 more minutes.
Notes
It's really good with vanilla ice cream and use fresh peaches.
