Chili Honey Chicken

Preheat: 425°

  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Chicken Legs (Thighs and Drumsticks)


Directions

Preheat oven to 425°. Line the bottom of a 15x10 pan with foil and set an oiled metal rack in pan.

Stir together chili powder, honey, lime juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl, then add chicken and turn to coat completely.

Transfer the chicken to the prepared rack, arranging in a single layer. Bake, turning once, until cooked through, 30 to 35 minutes.
