Peach Cobbler

- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Cups Fresh Peaches – Peeled And Sliced, With Their Juices
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Put the butter in a 9x13 glass baking dish and put the dish in the preheating oven.
Peel and slice the peaches, making sure to retain the juices.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and milk.
When the butter is completely melted, remove the dish from the oven and pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir. Carefully spoon the peaches and juice evenly over the batter. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
