7 Layer Bean Dip

• 1 Can Refried Beans
• 1/2 Tub Sour Cream
• 1 Package Taco Seasoning
• 1 Avacado – Large
• 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 Head Lettuce – Chopped
• 1/2 Cup Cheese – Grated
• 1 Tomatoes – Chopped
• 1 Can Olives (Sliced)

Directions

On serving platter, spread beans in a thin layer. Mix taco seasoning and sour cream; spread sour cream mixture in a thin layer over beans. Mash avacado and mix with lemon juice and salt; spread over the sour cream. Top with chopped lettuce and then cheese. Top with tomatoes and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
